Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika, Task Bender tarafından geliştirilen Task Bender mobil uygulamasının (Android ve iOS) hangi verileri nasıl kullandığını açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursun.

Kısaca

• Görevlerin, puanların ve ayarların sadece telefonunda saklanır; bize gönderilmez.
• Hesap yoktur; adını, e-postanı ya da telefon numaranı istemeyiz.
• Uygulamayı geliştirmek ve ücretsiz tutmak için Google'ın hizmetlerini (Firebase ve AdMob) kullanırız. Bu hizmetler aşağıda anlatılan sınırlı verileri toplar.

Telefonunda kalan veriler

Eklediğin görevler, kategoriler, puanlar, seri bilgisi, uyanma ve yatma saatlerin, bildirim, ses ve dil tercihlerin telefonundaki uygulama verisinde tutulur. Bunlar sunuculara gönderilmez. Ayarlar → "Uygulamanın tüm verisini sil" ile ya da uygulamayı silerek hepsini silebilirsin.

Toplanan veriler ve amaçları

Kullanım istatistikleri (Firebase Analytics)

Hangi ekranların açıldığı, görev ekleme ve tamamlama gibi uygulama içi olaylar, uygulamanın ilk açılışında üretilen rastgele bir kullanıcı kimliği, uygulama dili ve ayarların (ör. bildirimler açık mı), cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü ve yaklaşık konum (ülke/şehir, IP adresinden). Amaç: uygulamanın nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak ve geliştirmek. Görevlerinin içeriği gönderilmez.

Çökme raporları (Firebase Crashlytics)

Uygulama çöktüğünde ya da bir hata olduğunda hata kaydı, cihaz ve sürüm bilgisi ile rastgele kullanıcı kimliği. Amaç: hataları bulup düzeltmek.

Uygulama ayarları (Firebase Remote Config)

Uygulamanın güncel sürümü ve güncelleme gerekip gerekmediği bilgisi sunucudan okunur. Bu sırada Google cihaz ve uygulama bilgilerini işleyebilir.

İlk kullanım günü (Cloud Firestore)

Uygulama silinip yeniden kurulduğunda ücretsiz başlangıç döneminin yeniden başlamaması için telefon başına tek bir kayıt tutulur: telefonun kimliğinin geri çevrilemez özeti (SHA-256; ham kimlik gönderilmez), ilk kullanım zamanı ve platform (Android / iOS). Bu kayıt seni kişisel olarak tanımlamaz ve başka verilerle birleştirilmez.

Reklamlar (Google AdMob)

Uygulama ücretsizdir ve reklam gösterir: görev listelerinde ve bazı sayfalarda "Reklam" etiketli kartlar ile "Fili besle"ye dokununca açılan ödüllü video. Reklam göstermek için Google AdMob; reklam kimliği (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA), IP adresi, cihaz bilgileri ve reklamla etkileşim verilerini işleyebilir.

• Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de reklamdan önce bir onay formu gösterilir; kişiselleştirilmiş reklam ancak onay verirsen gösterilir. Seçimini daha sonra değiştirebilirsin.
• iOS'ta izleme izni (App Tracking Transparency) istenir; izin vermezsen IDFA kullanılmaz.
• Onay ya da izin vermesen de kişiselleştirilmemiş reklamlar gösterilebilir.
• Android'de reklam kimliğini telefonun Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Reklamlar bölümünden sıfırlayabilir ya da silebilirsin.

Mikrofon (sesle yazma)

Görev adını sesle yazmak istersen mikrofon izni istenir ve sadece mikrofon tuşuna dokunduğunda dinlenir. Konuşman telefonun kendi konuşma tanıma hizmetiyle (Android'de Google, iOS'ta Apple) yazıya çevrilir; bu hizmet sesi işlemek için kendi sunucularına gönderebilir. Task Bender ses kaydı saklamaz ve bize göndermez.

Bildirimler

"Fil seni dürtsün" ve "Gün sonu özeti" bildirimleri telefonunda kurulur ve gösterilir; bunun için veri gönderilmez. Bildirim izni istediğin zaman telefon ayarlarından kapatılabilir.

Veriyi kimler işler

Yukarıdaki veriler Google LLC ve bağlı şirketleri tarafından, hizmet sağlayıcı olarak işlenir. Ayrıntılar: Google Gizlilik Politikası, Firebase'de gizlilik, Google'ın iş ortağı uygulamalardaki veri kullanımı. Veriler Türkiye dışındaki (ör. ABD ve AB) sunucularda işlenebilir. Verilerini satmayız.

Saklama süresi

Telefonundaki veriler sen silene kadar kalır. Analytics ve Crashlytics verileri Google'ın saklama sürelerine göre (Analytics için en fazla 14 ay, Crashlytics için 90 gün) tutulur. İlk kullanım kaydı, ücretsiz dönemin kötüye kullanılmasını önlemek için süresiz tutulur.

Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz.

Hakların

Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve şikâyet hakların vardır. Hesap olmadığı için seni tanımlayabileceğimiz bir bilgi tutmayız; talebin için bize yazarsan, gerekirse uygulamadaki rastgele kimliği nasıl bulacağını anlatırız.

Bu politika değişirse güncel hali bu sayfada, yeni tarihle yayınlanır.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Task Bender mobile app (Android and iOS), developed by Task Bender, uses and how. By using the app you agree to this policy.

In short

• Your tasks, points and settings are stored only on your phone and are not sent to us.
• There are no accounts; we don't ask for your name, email or phone number.
• To improve the app and keep it free we use Google services (Firebase and AdMob), which collect the limited data described below.

Data that stays on your phone

Your tasks, categories, points, streak, wake-up and bedtime, and your notification, sound and language preferences are kept in the app's storage on your phone. They are not sent to any server. You can delete all of it with Settings → "Delete all app data" or by uninstalling the app.

Data collected and why

Usage statistics (Firebase Analytics)

Which screens are opened, in-app events such as adding and completing tasks, a random user ID created when the app is first opened, the app language and your settings (e.g. whether notifications are on), device model, operating system version and approximate location (country/city, from the IP address). Purpose: understanding how the app is used and improving it. The content of your tasks is not sent.

Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)

When the app crashes or an error occurs: the error log, device and version information and the random user ID. Purpose: finding and fixing bugs.

App configuration (Firebase Remote Config)

The current app version and whether an update is needed are read from a server. Google may process device and app information while doing so.

First-use date (Cloud Firestore)

So that the free starting period doesn't restart when the app is deleted and reinstalled, one record is kept per phone: an irreversible hash of the phone's identifier (SHA-256; the raw identifier is never sent), the first-use time and the platform (Android / iOS). This record doesn't identify you personally and isn't combined with other data.

Ads (Google AdMob)

The app is free and shows ads: cards labelled "Ad" in task lists and on some pages, and a rewarded video that opens when you tap "Feed elephant". To show ads, Google AdMob may process the advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA), IP address, device information and ad interaction data.

• In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland a consent form is shown before ads; personalised ads are shown only if you consent. You can change your choice later.
• On iOS, tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) is requested; if you decline, the IDFA isn't used.
• Non-personalised ads may be shown even without consent or permission.
• On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in the phone's Settings → Privacy → Ads.

Microphone (voice input)

If you want to dictate a task title, microphone permission is requested, and the app listens only after you tap the microphone button. Your speech is converted to text by your phone's own speech recognition service (Google on Android, Apple on iOS), which may send audio to its servers for processing. Task Bender doesn't store audio and doesn't send it to us.

Notifications

The "Let the elephant nudge you" and "End-of-day summary" notifications are scheduled and shown on your phone; no data is sent for them. You can turn notification permission off at any time in your phone's settings.

Who processes the data

The data above is processed by Google LLC and its affiliates as service providers. Details: Google Privacy Policy, Privacy and Security in Firebase, How Google uses information from apps that use its services. Data may be processed on servers outside Türkiye (e.g. in the US and the EU). We don't sell your data.

Retention

Data on your phone stays until you delete it. Analytics and Crashlytics data is kept according to Google's retention periods (up to 14 months for Analytics, 90 days for Crashlytics). The first-use record is kept indefinitely to prevent abuse of the free period.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to processing and to lodge a complaint. Because there are no accounts we hold nothing that identifies you; if you write to us we'll explain, if needed, how to find the app's random ID for your request.

Changes

If this policy changes, the current version is published on this page with a new date.
