Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar, Task Bender mobil uygulamasını (Android ve iOS) ve taskbender.app sitesini kullanman için geçerlidir. Uygulamayı kullanarak ya da hesap açarak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.

Kısaca

• Task Bender günlük görevlerini planlamana ve bitirmene yardım eden ücretsiz, reklamlı bir uygulamadır.
• Hesap isteğe bağlıdır. Görevlerin senindir; hesabını ve verilerini istediğin zaman silebilirsin.
• Uygulamayı kötüye kullanma: ücretsiz hakları, reklam ödüllerini ya da davetleri hileyle artırmaya çalışma.
• Task Bender bir sağlık ürünü değildir; tıbbi tavsiye ya da tedavi yerine geçmez.

Hizmet

Uygulamayla görev ekleyebilir, puan verebilir, günlerini ve haftalarını planlayabilir ve ilerlemeni görebilirsin. Uygulama açılırken internet bağlantısı ister. Özellikleri geliştirmek için uygulamayı değiştirebilir, bazı özellikleri kaldırabilir ya da yenilerini ekleyebiliriz. Güvenlik ya da uyumluluk için eski sürümlerin güncellenmesini zorunlu tutabiliriz.

Yaş

Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısın. Bulunduğun ülkede reşit değilsen uygulamayı velinin izniyle kullan.

Hesap

• Hesabı e-posta ve şifreyle, Android'de Google ile, iOS'ta Apple ile açabilirsin. Bilgilerinin doğru olmasından ve şifreni kimseyle paylaşmamaktan sen sorumlusun.
• Hesabında olan her şeyden (senin yaptığın ya da şifreni bilen birinin yaptığı) sen sorumlusun. Hesabının izinsiz kullanıldığını düşünürsen bize yaz.
• Hesabını uygulamadan (Ayarlar → Hesabı sil) silebilirsin; sunucudaki bütün verilerin de silinir. Silinen hesap geri getirilemez.

Ücretsiz haklar, reklamlar ve ödüller

• Uygulama ücretsizdir ve reklam gösterir. Her gün sınırlı sayıda ücretsiz görev hakkın vardır; bu sayı ve ilk kullanımdaki sınırsız dönem gibi kurallar zaman zaman değişebilir.
• "Fili besle" ile isteğe bağlı bir reklam izleyerek ek görev hakkı kazanabilirsin. Reklamın her zaman bulunacağını garanti etmeyiz.
• Arkadaşını davet ettiğinde, kurallar uygulamada yazıldığı gibi sana ve arkadaşına ek günlük hak verilebilir. Davet ödülleri gerçek kişiler içindir.
• Görev hakları, puanlar, seriler ve ödüller oyun içi değerlerdir; para değeri yoktur, satılamaz ve devredilemez.

Üyelik ve ödemeli özellikler

Şu an uygulamada satın alma yoktur. İleride ödemeli üyelikler (ör. Plus) gelirse, satın alma Google Play ya da App Store üzerinden yapılır; fiyat, yenileme ve iptal koşulları satın almadan önce gösterilir ve o mağazanın kuralları geçerli olur.

Kurallar

Uygulamayı kullanırken şunları yapmamayı kabul edersin:

• Ücretsiz hakları, reklam ödüllerini ya da davet ödüllerini hileyle artırmaya çalışmak (ör. sahte hesaplar, otomatik araçlar, reklamı izlemeden ödül almaya çalışmak, uygulamayı değiştirmek).
• Uygulamayı ya da sunucularımızı bozmaya, aşırı yüklemeye, başkalarının verisine erişmeye çalışmak.
• Uygulamayı kopyalamak, satmak, kiralamak ya da yasaların izin verdiği durumlar dışında tersine mühendislik yapmak.
• Uygulamayı yasalara aykırı bir amaçla kullanmak.

Bu kurallara uymazsan hesabını ya da uygulamadaki haklarını geçici veya süresiz olarak askıya alabilir, kazanılmış ödülleri kaldırabiliriz. Askıya alınan hesapta uygulama bunu gösterir; bir yanlışlık olduğunu düşünürsen bize yazabilirsin.

İçeriğin

Eklediğin görevler senindir. Onları sadece uygulamayı çalıştırmak ve (giriş yaptıysan) telefonların arasında eşitlemek için saklarız ve işleriz; ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası'nda. Görevlerine yasalara aykırı ya da başkalarının haklarını çiğneyen içerik koymamaktan sen sorumlusun.

Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulama, fil karakteri, animasyonlar, tasarımlar, adı ve logosu Task Bender'a aittir. Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanımın için kullanma hakkı verilir; bunun dışında bir hak verilmez.

Sağlık uyarısı

Task Bender, günlük işlerini düzenlemene ve motive kalmana yardım etmek için tasarlanmıştır. Bir tıbbi cihaz değildir; DEHB ya da herhangi bir sağlık durumu için teşhis, tedavi veya tıbbi tavsiye sunmaz. Sağlığınla ilgili konularda bir uzmana danış.

Garanti ve sorumluluk

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz, hatasız çalışacağını ya da her ihtiyacını karşılayacağını garanti etmeyiz. Giriş yapmadıysan verilerin sadece telefonundadır; telefon kaybolursa, uygulama silinirse ya da veri silinirse geri getirilemez. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan ve veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Bu, yasaların tüketici olarak sana tanıdığı ve sözleşmeyle kaldırılamayan haklarını etkilemez.

Mağaza koşulları

Uygulamayı Google Play ya da App Store'dan indirdiysen o mağazanın kullanım koşulları da geçerlidir. Apple ve Google bu koşulların tarafı değildir ve uygulamanın desteğinden sorumlu değildir; uygulamayla ilgili sorular için bize yaz.

Sonlandırma

Uygulamayı kullanmayı istediğin zaman bırakabilir, hesabını silebilirsin. Bu koşullara uymazsan ya da yasal bir zorunluluk olursa hesabını kapatabiliriz. Hizmeti tamamen sonlandırmaya karar verirsek bunu makul bir süre önceden duyurmaya çalışırız.

Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir; tüketici olarak yaşadığın ülkenin zorunlu kuralları ve tüketici hakem heyetleri ile mahkemelerine başvurma hakkın saklıdır.

Değişiklikler

Bu koşullar değişirse güncel hali bu sayfada, yeni tarihle yayınlanır. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa bunu uygulamada da duyurabiliriz. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam edersen yeni koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.

These terms apply to your use of the Task Bender mobile app (Android and iOS) and the taskbender.app website. By using the app or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

In short

• Task Bender is a free, ad-supported app that helps you plan and finish your daily tasks.
• An account is optional. Your tasks are yours; you can delete your account and your data at any time.
• Don't misuse the app: don't try to cheat your way to more free tasks, ad rewards or invite rewards.
• Task Bender is not a health product and does not replace medical advice or treatment.

The service

With the app you can add tasks, give them points, plan your days and weeks and see your progress. The app needs an internet connection when it opens. We may change the app, remove some features or add new ones to improve it. For security or compatibility we may require old versions to be updated.

Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are not an adult where you live, use the app with your parent's or guardian's permission.

Account

• You can create an account with email and password, with Google on Android or with Apple on iOS. You are responsible for keeping your details accurate and your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for everything that happens in your account (by you or by someone who knows your password). If you think your account is being used without permission, write to us.
• You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account); this also deletes all your data on the server. A deleted account can't be restored.

Free allowances, ads and rewards

• The app is free and shows ads. You get a limited number of free tasks each day; this number and rules such as the unlimited period when you start may change from time to time.
• With "Feed the elephant" you can choose to watch an ad to earn extra tasks. We don't guarantee an ad will always be available.
• When you invite a friend, you and your friend may get extra daily tasks as described in the app. Invite rewards are for real people.
• Task allowances, points, streaks and rewards are in-app values; they have no monetary value and can't be sold or transferred.

Memberships and paid features

There are no purchases in the app right now. If paid memberships (e.g. Plus) are added later, purchases will be made through Google Play or the App Store; price, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before you buy, and that store's rules will apply.

Rules

When using the app, you agree not to:

• Try to cheat your way to more free tasks, ad rewards or invite rewards (e.g. fake accounts, automated tools, trying to get rewards without watching the ad, modifying the app).
• Try to break or overload the app or our servers, or access other people's data.
• Copy, sell or rent the app, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

If you break these rules, we may suspend your account or your in-app allowances temporarily or permanently and remove rewards you earned. A suspended account is shown as such in the app; if you think it's a mistake, you can write to us.

Your content

The tasks you add are yours. We store and process them only to run the app and (if you signed in) to sync them between your phones; details are in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for not putting unlawful content or content that violates others' rights in your tasks.

Intellectual property

The app, the elephant character, animations, designs, name and logo belong to Task Bender. You are given the right to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use; no other right is granted.

Health notice

Task Bender is designed to help you organize your daily tasks and stay motivated. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or medical advice for ADHD or any health condition. Talk to a professional about your health.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that it will work without interruption or errors, or that it will meet all your needs. If you haven't signed in, your data is only on your phone; if the phone is lost, the app is deleted or its data is cleared, it can't be recovered. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from your use of the app. This does not affect the rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived by contract.

Store terms

If you downloaded the app from Google Play or the App Store, that store's terms also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for supporting the app; write to us with questions about the app.

Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may close your account if you break these terms or if the law requires it. If we decide to shut down the service completely, we will try to announce it a reasonable time in advance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes; your right as a consumer to rely on the mandatory rules of the country where you live and to apply to its consumer arbitration boards and courts is reserved.

Changes

If these terms change, the current version will be published on this page with a new date. If there is an important change, we may also announce it in the app. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.
